I think foam is the way to go. It's especially great if there are two people in the bed, since it doesn't bounce/move as much, so you don't disturb each other.

Very happy with it. I don't believe there's anything special about a Tempur-Pedic to warrant the ridiculous price tag. Something like this mattress is much, much cheaper, and in my opinion just s good.
I've had the Sleep Innovations mattress on my list to buy for a while (http://www.amazon.com/Sleep-Innovations-SureTemp-Mattress-Wa...). Any differences between the two that you'd like to highlight or comment on?
