What Amazon says

Pure Beam Focusing Optic with Slide Focus System: The Pure Beam Focusing Optic combines our largest Ultra View Flood Beam with the Bulls-Eye Spot Beam making either up close or downrange illumination highly effective. The Slide Focus System allows the user to shape the beam with a simple push or pull of the thumb.
Compatible with a standard alkaline AA, a rechargeable NiMH or a rechargeable Lithium 14500 battery (batteries not included). With the Lithium 14500 cells, the lumen output jumps nearly three times as bright as with the alkaline battery.

Built tough with an IPX4 weather rating, the HP1 includes an impact-resistant, lightweight aluminum casing that resists rust and corrosion.
With Coast’s commitment to quality, the HP1 Flashlight is impact resistant, weather resistant and its LED is virtually unbreakable. The HX5 Flashlight is backed by Coast’s lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Tested and rated to ANSI/FL1 standards.
