It's a Hue ceiling panel that I'm not sure they make any more. https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07FXT4XH6

What Amazon says

Light including dimmer switch – The Hue Aurelle panel light with integrated, energy-saving LED module can be controlled via the included Hue dimmer switch or via Hue app with the separately available Hue Bridge.
To generate a smooth function, please use the included Philips Hue dimmer switch. The Philips Hue lights are not compatible with pre-installed dimmers
Colour temperature: 2,200 to 6,500 Kelvin In the Hue app, choose from warm white light for relaxing and reading to cooler, brighter light for concentrating and recharging energy.
The very thin design of the Aurelle Flat Panel is ideal for deep ceilings and is suitable for decorative use in the living area, as well as for functional use in the kitchen and in the study.
Works with Amazon Alexa for voice control (Echo/ Echo Dot and required Hue Bridge sold separately) Please use the mounting materials suitable for your ceiling/wall (screws and dowels are not included in box contents).
