Digital Ant i Product Compatible Micro USB
Amazon's catalog no longer lists this product (checked 2026-11-02). The name comes from the link HN users posted.
It just needs something to boot it, not necessarily a computer. I could see a market for something that looks like this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GWLF4GR that fits in nearly flush.
One thing you could do is buy a magnetic break-away USB cable like this one:
