What Amazon says

TABLE SALT ALTERNATIVE: Nu-Salt is a great alternative to sodium chloride. Each ¼ tsp serving provides more potassium than a banana—and about the same amount as one avocado.
LOOKS & TASTES LIKE REGULAR SALT: Potassium chloride crystals activate the same salt taste receptors as sodium chloride. That’s why Nu-Salt sprinkles, measures, and tastes like regular table salt.
REDUCE EXCESS SODIUM: Nu-Salt provides a simple way to cut back on sodium. Enhance the flavor of your healthy snacks and foods without worry.
SHELF STABLE: Nu-Salt is a must-have for your pantry staples. Long-lasting when stored in a cool, dry place, the salt alternative remains safe and ready to use for years to come.
CONVENIENT SHAKER CANISTER: The canister shakers are perfect for table use, cooking, or baking. Keep Nu-Salt handy in your kitchen as your go-to seasoning.
