What Amazon says

DURABLE: 12 inch reusable straight trussing needle and 185 feet of butcher's twine will last for dozens of uses.
EASY TO THREAD: Large needle eye makes threading thick or thin butcher twine (butchers string included) easy.
PENETRATES THE TOUGHEST MEAT: A sturdy extra-sharp point makes trussing your roasts and meats easy. Cuts through poultry and tough skin.
NEEDLE AND TWINE - TWO SIMPLE BUT ESSENTIAL KITCHEN TOOLS: Prepare your chicken, turkey, whole pig, hog, or lamb for rotisserie cooking, or seal in stuffing, herbs, and seasonings for the holiday roast.
PRESENT YOUR FOOD PROUDLY: Properly trussed meat not only ensures even cooking but also enhances the final appearance of your food by keeping a compact consistent shape while roasting.
