One of these things. Its just that they're so uncommon in Europe you've probably never even seen one.

What Amazon says

【Efficiently Expel Hot Air and Prevent Backflow】The air conditioning window kit helps to exhaust warm air from the air-conditioned room through aircon hose and prevent it from flowing back. It cools your room more effectively, reduces energy consumption, saves electricity costs, reduces carbon dioxide emissions, and protects the environment. What's more, the aircon window seal kit can also prevent flies and spiders from entering the room through the window.
【Wide Application】Make sure to measure your window before purchasing to select the correct size. Specifically designed for mobile air conditioners, drum dryers, and exhaust dryers, our AC window seal kit enables these devices to operate more efficiently by expelling hot air even with the window open. Suitable for tilt and casement windows, but not compatible with sliding windows. Currently available in 6 sizes ranging from 300cm/400cm/500cm/560cm/600cm, with more sizes coming soon.
【Easy Installation】Our product includes air conditioner window seal, instructions, adhesive tape, and cable ties (for securing the hose). No drilling or special tools are required. Simply follow the detailed instructions for a quick installation. Open your window slightly, affix the adhesive tape to the outer or inner frame, attach the air con window seal, and then secure the air conditioner hose in the window seal using the zipper. Use cable ties as needed to keep the hose in place.
【Durable, Waterproof, and Windproof】Our window seal for AC unit is made of durable 210T polyester with a PU coating, providing waterproof and windproof protection. In addition to regulating air exchange, the air conditioning window seal kit also safeguards the indoor environment from dust, dirt, strong winds, sudden rain, and insects. Note: There may be a tiny gap between the zipper of the window seal and the air conditioner hose, but this does not affect its functionality.
【Portable and Reusable】Our portable AC window vent kit is not disposable. After the summer season, simply clean it with water for reuse the following year (the packaging bag can be used for storage). designed with 2 double-ended zippers to adjust the opening size based on the hose diameter, making it suitable for single or dual-hose portable air conditioners.
