Any of a variety of 4" thermal shipping label printers without AI, generally ranging from $30 to $75: https://www.amazon.com/Phomemo-Bluetooth-241BT-Wireless-Comp...

Everything about this is marked up to hell to pay for the generative AI end.

What Amazon says

4 x 3 inch (102 x 76 mm) 3x4 labels on a 1.5 inch core, 500 per roll, bright white. One roll covers about 2 weeks at 30 packages a day, so a high-volume bench stays stocked without constant reloading.
Labels for thermal printers with a 1.5 inch core spindle: Rollo, MUNBYN, iDPRT, Jadens, Polono, Nelko, Phomemo, Zebra GK420d, GX420d, GC420, ZP450, LP2844. Zebra ZD220, ZD420 and ZD620 series need Zebra's 1.5 in core adapter. Not for DYMO or Brother.
Scan-ready barcode labels: high-contrast print keeps UPC, QR, SKU and FNSKU codes and address text first-pass scannable for warehouse inventory, bins, shelves, packing stations and carrier shipping labels.
Thermal label stickers that stay put: strong adhesive bonds to corrugated boxes, poly mailers, plastic and clean metal; the coated face resists water, oil, smudging and scratches so barcodes stay legible in transit. Store cool and dry.
Full-roll consistency on every 4x3 thermal label roll: jam-free in field testing, inspected for alignment and clean die-cut separation, with a perforation between every label for one-hand tear-off, label 1 to label 500.
