There’s much less precision to my method.

A drop of J&J shampoo.
I rinse both nostrils while in the shower. Burns slightly. But after about a day, the irritation goes away and my sinuses feel much better.
I use to do this much more frequently, daily, but after a couple of weeks, I found it’s no longer needed as much.
